It is crucial when rolling fresh pasta, or any dough for that matter, that it is rolled on an unfinished wooden surface. The wood allows the pasta to grip, it absorbs excess moisture, and unlike marble or stainless steel, will not fluctuate in temperature.
Equipped with a table block along one long edge, ensuring your board is secure to your benchtop.

Caring instructions: Never wash your wooden board, wipe off flour, use a bench scrapper or a damp sponge to clean any stuck patches of dough, store boards in a vertical position, in a cool climate to allow airflow on both sides of the board. Wood is a natural material, improper care can result in damage to the board.

Returns
We don't manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and still in the same condition as when you first received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
